How to order?
To order, please send us an email at lolashoppe@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Item(s) code, name and size
3. Preferred postage method (Normal/ Registered)
4. Mode of payment (UOB/ POSB Savings Bank Transfer/ *Paypal)

*For paypal payment, there will be an additional transaction charge of 3.4% + S$0.50.

A confirmation email will be sent to you stating the availability of item(s) and amount to be paid. Please make your payment within 48 hours and send us an email providing the following details:

1. Amount transferred
2. Date and time transferred
3. Transaction reference/ Paypal email address
4. Your mailing address

Upon receipt and verification of payment, we will proceed to send out your purchase within 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Postage Fees

• Normal postage: Accessories S$1.00 per item; Clothing S$1.50 for the first item and subsequent items at S$1.00 per additional item, unless otherwise stated


• Registered mail: An additional S$2.24 on top of the normal postage amount

3. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are mailed out via normal postage.
4. Lola Shoppe is committed in offering excellent quality and service. We will check and ensure that all items are in good condition before mailing out. However, if you feel that your order is damaged, please email us at lolashoppe@gmail.com with your order info, details and pictures of damages within 24 hours upon receipt of your order and we will review the reasonableness of your case accordingly.
